Our Technical Support staff provides outstanding user support via telephone and email. As a part of the team, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Phone and email support, troubleshooting, issue tracking and investigating solutions, keeping up to date on all products (software & hardware), answering user questions about system functionality, evaluation of new products, ability to identify system bugs and possible solutions.

Required Qualifications:
Customer service experience; Help desk/IT support and troubleshooting experiences
Low Voltage knowledge
Time management, diagnostic, and problem solving skills
Strong phone support skills
Networking knowledge including TCP/IP protocol stack, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, and SMTP
In-depth understanding of operating systems: Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.
Understanding of network protocols and terminology
Able to follow through or escalate trouble tickets
Able to lift heavy equipment
Experience in using various hand tools
Education -– AA or BS in Computer Science or related subjects
Preferred Qualifications:
Electronics experience
CCTV experience
Network + and CompTIA A+ certifications
Technical communication skills
Product testing and training experience
Bilingual (Spanish)
